FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN III (ST. LOUIS)

Will Electronics is a full-service company with over 60 years in the security industry. We provide cutting-edge security solutions to commercial properties in the St. Louis area. Will Electronics is always looking for skilled technicians to service our growing customer base.

This position requires minimal supervision. Technician must be able to program, commission, test, and troubleshoot Card Access and IP-CCTV Security Systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare job materials and equipment
  • Program, commission, and test security systems
  • Submit accurate and timely installation tickets and time sheets
  • Minimal out of town travel required. Always home on weekends if traveling
  • Provide solution options to problems found in the field
  • Provide tech support over the phone
  • Ability to install and troubleshoot with little to no assistance

Qualifications include:

  • High school diploma
  • Computer skills required
  • Network skills a plus
  • Certifications in access control and CCTV a plus
  • Ability to learn multiple software programs
  • Strong knowledge of basic hand and power tools
  • Must have clean driving record

ACCOUNT MANAGER (ST. LOUIS)

Purpose of Position:

Account Managers are to expand relationships with existing customers and develop new customers. Account managers shall work with co-workers, vendors, and channel partners to achieve the electronic security goals of their customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals for products and services
  • Work with our marketing department to develop new opportunities
  • Work with our (SAS) Systems Application Engineer to ensure best security solutions for customers
  • Work with our Project Managers to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Maintain Goldmine (CRM) data and communicate changes to the office staff
  • Maintain knowledge of electronic security industry and product applications
  • Any other tasks as deemed necessary for the overall success of the company

SYSTEMS APPLICATION SPECIALIST (SAS) (ST. LOUIS)

Will Electronics is a full-service company with over 60 years in the security industry. We provide cutting-edge security solutions to commercial properties in the St. Louis area.

Purpose of Position:

Assists in the company sales growth by providing system design support for the sales department which includes accompanying sales staff on customer site visits for surveys and presentations. Provides research and design support to complete RFQ responses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design surveillance systems, access systems, and intrusion systems
  • Produce Sales order bid entries in MAS 90
  • Specify servers & workstations
  • Provide network design & layouts
  • Produce drawings as needed
  • Accompany account managers on site surveys as needed
  • Accompany account managers on sales presentations
  • Perform presentations at our office to groups
  • Additional support to sales and operations as needed
  • Take ownership of business development through RFQ process

CONTROLLER (ST. LOUIS)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and embrace Core Values of Company (Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Teamwork) in all aspects of performing daily tasks
  • Provide timely, complete communication and reporting
  • Keeping the President current on all financial matters relating to the Company
  • Manage the budgeting & weekly Key Performance Indicator process
  • Recommend changes on existing policies to improve efficiency of the Company
  • Manage the process of reporting to our tax advisor as required and assure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Manage all Human Resources functions of the Company including payroll, benefit administration, and compliance with all applicable labor laws
  • Assist the President with risk management and work with insurance brokers to assure the company is properly protected
  • Assist Sales team with support as needed to win and retain customers
  • Manage the renewal of all licensing required to operate business
  • Manage the ongoing training requirements of all office staff
  • Assist the renewal and administration of all recurring revenue products
  • Maintain timely communications and harmonious relationship between sales, engineering, installation, and service departments so that job details, equipment changes, change orders, and scope discrepancies can be communicated and coordinated to minimize added cost and delays throughout all phases of projects
  • Perform any other tasks as deemed necessary for the overall success of the Company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years of accounting experience or any appropriate combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems; Sage 100 experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Crystal Reports as it relates to Sage & SQL database reporting
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Job Costing & Payroll experience in a project environment
  • Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problem, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Experience managing an accounting staff
  • Ability to perform analysis of forecasts, historical sales, and industry trends
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
  • Human Resource experience is a plus
